Some people may find these services useful, as they provide a number of useful tools to better understand your credit report. However, most people simply want a free credit report. If a free credit report is all you want, then getting your report is an easy two step process. First, sign up to get your free credit report from one of the companies above. After you’ve accessed your report, wait about 2 days. Then, call the service you have subscribed to and request cancellation. The free credit report companies will grant your request. We recommend canceling your account early, only because many people forget to cancel if they wait too long. Plus, you can still take advantage of the full 30 day trial, regardless of when you cancel.
