Over the last few years, cash back rebate credit cards have changed.  Why?  Because credit card companies were losing money on them.  Yes, as strange as that sounds, it is true.  Smart credit card users would rack up cashback and pay their balances in full every months.  It was great for us, but bad for the credit card companies.
